Upper North Flennoc
A group of districts which formerly made up of the upper half of Flennoc, holding the last remains of the post-apocalyptic shelter. The large city of Eastsummer forcefully annexed them. They are now known for supplying the majority of the empire's weapons and communication devices.

History
Vault 233 opened up after years of hibernation, allowing people to go out and settle the nearby land. The settlers erected a leader to guide them through those troubling times. Soon after the election, the settlers established a town. It was called Muryr.
Misfortune befell them and a growing nearby city declared war on them. Most of the citizens were killed. The rest were forced to become part of the city.

Futuristic architecture, unpainted concrete and sleek glass; buildings are adorned with special paints and signs to signify its purpose
Geography
A large range of mountains facing a former sea which has since dried up, the beach is majorly glass that had been worn down by the fading waters.

Small rare veins of Astrum, a material that's soft and capable of wielding thousands of electric volts.
