Ogha's Mentors
This is one of the few jobs that exist in every culture all over Ogha. The standardized tasks have been developed from what worked best in different cultures, and each mentor still has their own added methods and goals depending on their culture, their student needs, or region peculiarities.
Several cultures would rather call them by the original name of the job and there is always room for the occasional confusion during transfers.

The groups (preferably 5 or 10 students) are usually formed by the age of the students, but it's not unusual to have a kid who progress faster or slower than average, in which case the mentor has to pay particular attention in case they need to interact with kids their age as they learn with a different group.Specialized mentorship
