Ogha's Law

There are not many civilizations with an unwritten law in the universe. Some may just have no law at all, living under the wise or kind whims of one or more rulers, while others have books and books and books of rules and their modifications. And the few that rely on a law that is so simple that doesn't need to be written aren't nearly as prosperous as Ogha.   From an outsiders perspective, the oghenses live in perfect harmony and syncrony without any kind authorities or a judicial system, with nothing to regulate their beliefs and actions. They welcome almost everyone and don't think twice before giving away the results of their hard work, and yet they are always carefree and have all they need.   Some are puzzled by it, others take it as evidence of this being the oldest civilization in the Known Universe (even when we know that they hadn't been united for as long as other world wide states). For some, it means there is hope for new cultures that seek similar ideals.   A few crazy people think that their law is actually written. With the soul or gray matter of a Conqueror's deity. In the original Auburn book. Using a needle from the last nightmare pine from the the Desert's Forest. Signed by the rulers of each and every one of the former civilizations from Ogha.   These people affirm, unprompted, that the words in that book bind every citizen of the freest of worlds. Some consider it's a fraud, others call it cruel. Most of the few who believe that nonsense think that it's a good idea that should be implemented in every world, Unaware or Enlightened as soon as possible. And, rare among the rare, the Conquerors that believe the myth, think it's an opportunity they should use.   There is no records of the existence of this supposed , nothing in the behaviour of any oghense, that provides proof for those theories. The elements supposedly involved doesn't make much sense either: Ogha didn't become a single society over night, and not all of the former cultures had leaders to sign a contract anyway. There are still a few nightmare pines growing in the desert forest and other places of Ogha. It's unlikely that auburn folios can change human behaviour, and what even is an "original book" when there are several books out there? Is not like the only existent pieces where sheets ripped out from a tome. There aren't any records of any culture in this world that had believe in a deity similar to the one mentioned, and any hypothetical book of laws would have been created long before any known interaction between Ogha and the Eighth World of Grista.
