Auskali Laenclire is a vynelphan author from Bailsär. She is a celebrated author known for her many award winning books. Her most famous work is Carnage Devoid, an epic concerning a fictional failed expedition into the Kona Mountains.
Auskali Laenclire has also recieved some renown for never keeping a romantic partner for long. It is rumored that many of the love interests in her romance stories are based on the people she had previously been seen with. Most infamously, one of the protagonists of her novel, Age of Devotion is said to bear a strong resemblance to Prince Ruven.

Personal history
Auskali Laenclire was born on a farm in rural Bailsär in 889 ZYE. Since the Bailsäran government does not keep vital records of vynelphan villages, the exact date of her birth is unknown.
At the age of 8, Auskali was adopted into the Laenclire family from Bailsär. Her adoptive parents never publicly declared the reason for the adoption. Some speculate it was a case of charity, while others suggest that romantic indescretions might have been invlolved.
Asukali published her first novel at the age of 15 with limited success. She began to recieve aclaim when her fourth book, Kona Blossoms, was awarded "Stricking Romance Novel of the Year" by the Council of Nine in 912 ZYE.
Education
Auskail Laenclire was homeschooled by tutors that Lord and Lady Laenclire hired.
Ms. Laenclire is known to be a master of many languages. To date, she is able to speak and write in common, elvish, dwarvish, gnomish, halfling, and orchish. There are reports that she is currently studying draconic.
Employment
Auskali is a renowned author. To date, she has written 128 novels and over 200 short stories. Her works often touch on the themes of adventure, romance, and tragedy.
Her first novel, Tavern in the Mists, was published in 904 ZYE. Other famous works include From the Otherside, a story of a young man who dies from a demon's curse and his friends' journey to bring him back to life, Towerworld, a story invovling adventurers stuck in a book, and Streams of Consciousness, a collection of romantic short stories.

Auskali has many "friends" among the elven nobility. Though there are more nobles that claim to know her than those that actually do. She has no public long term romantic partner. It is rare for Auskali to have the same partner for social events more than a couple times.
It is rumored that more than once prince has asked for her hand in marriage, though none has been successful in that endevor.
Family Ties
Auskali Laenclire is the adopted daughter of a wealthy elven noble. She is considered to be a part of the Laenclire family.
She has no known children.
