Kirin

Kirin is a world that I wrote for a dungeons and dragons fifth edition game. Currently, it consists only of the continent of Lunathar, but I have plans to expand the world map upon completion of Lunathar. I use the standard dungeons and dragons for the most part, but have my own gods and take on the races. For example, Yuan-Ti are not monstrous races, Kuo-Toa are more intelligent and civilized than the monster manual states, and Firbolgs are not so reclusive.   Mount Lunathar is the center of the world and it is thought to be the origin of creation. The island of Lunathar is separated by mountain ranges, with each region having a distinct climate. The western providence of Morgan is a swampy mess, the northern providence of Asp is a Jungle, and the eastern providence of Guanghai is composed of arid plains and grasslands.   Mount Lunathar was the entry point for a group of demon lords led by Asmodeus who called themselves the four horsemen. They opened a portal from abyss to the top of Mount Lunathar. Luckily, a party of adventurers named The Twelve were able to deter them but were unable to close the portal.
