Essential Fluid

The Essential Fluid is one of two sources of magic in Pyroesis. The other is the Accessory Web.
The Essential Fluid is used by all magic users that use magic naturally, from minor magical creatures up to gods; any being that draws on magic through their base nature draws on the essential fluid. Among magic users of the reborn races, sorcerers and gods have the most use of the Essential Fluid, drawing on the power directly. Druids and clerics draw on the fluid by affecting the Accessory Web, where bards use the Essential Fluid to draw power from the Accessory Web.
The Essential Fluid is made up of fluid essence, an incorporeal substance that flows through the realm like water in the sea. This fluid essence is said, by those who can perceive it, as having a color that cannot be described and a flavor like liquid joy.
