Run and owned by the Lady Chamomile Sawtooth, Chamomile's Mud Bar exist to help those suffering from Goblin Pox. The full-service resort is so much more than a bar or mud bath, providing full medical services, healing, and even resurrection services to those who make the journey to its remote location near the border with the Expanse. 
Staffed by Orc and Half-orc healers specifically brought in due to their natural immunity to the disease the staff's treatment of those who suffer from the malady has greatly improved relations between the often ostracized Orc-blooded races of the Protectorate. Many affluent patrons from the neighboring kingdoms often make the trip to the remote clinic for discretion and end up softening their views on the proud warrior race.
Those seeking treatment but unable to afford the extravagant excess that makes up the Mud Bar can find relief in a smaller facility hidden in a grove just north of the property. The Pigsty exists as a pay-what-you-can facility for the locals and warriors of the Expanse who have become infected. Using and communal mud pit and cheap ale to treat those who end up suffering the most often from the disease as it creeps in from the border.

Alterations

Originally a simple pigsty on Lady Chamomile's property a happy accident led to the discovery of the simple treatment of the disease. Lady Chamomile then further developed the area, expanding and attaching her own facility to provide a full-service treatment program.
