The Snakemen of Khuresh bide their time in the steaming jungles and noxious mires of Khuresh, gazing with jealous and hateful eyes upon the mortal realms. For millennia, the Blood Naga Queens of Khuresh have performed their dark rituals and delved into abominable science, filling their teeming temple-cities with horrors and misery beyond compare. The raiding parties of the Snakemen plunder beyond their borders, sacking and slaving in the fertile lands of Men, even as the armies of the Naga Queens gather, ready to reclaim the world from the undeserving insects that have infested it.
