General Physical Condition
He's lanky with little muscle tone.
He's suffering from Stage 3 of Rescher's Syndome, an incurable illness he was diagnosed with early in his childhood. Doctors often wondered why only the one twin was affected but since no one knew what caused Rescher’s Syndrome, there was no way of knowing for sure.

His hair is his only real vanity. With his progressing illness it was the one thing he had any control over.

The Ryuutenshi made each of them a uniform based on that worn by officers in the Ryuutenshi army.
The top is a deep green, sleeveless tunic that hangs down past his hips. The arm holes and collar are edged in sky blue. The soft black pants are loose enough to be comfortable, but not loose enough to get in the way. There are white knee high boots that can be worn with the pants tucked into the tops or with the pants covering the top of the boots. He wears them with the pant legs over, hiding their tops.

Personal history
The closest thing to a classic weapon he's ever handled is the pretend sword his mother bought him when he was a child. He had an obsession with stories about warriors and castles. He even took that sword to bed at night, putting it under his pillow.
He betrayed the Cult of Atraxia to the Fugitive Recovery Agency because he felt that everything Asharos taught them was false. He gave false hope to many people who died believing that his so-called powers would save them. They could have sought proper medical treatment if they hadn’t listened to him and still be alive.
