Tiamat, Goddess of Evil Dragons and Greed

Tiamat, the twin sister of Bahamut. Their conflict is legendary in the tales of the Book of Dragons. She is the Lady of Evil Dragons and a powerful deity amongst the Lesser Dragon Gods. She spawned the chromatic dragons, having a head that signifies each color. Though she primarily has 5 heads, she can summon more to have the entire chromatic spectrum. Her ambition and her drive are what spawned the Kesian Empire and the Lalasian Empire by proxy and all dragon empires that are to come.

Currently, she resides in the 1^st layer of the Nine Hells, Avernus as it is called. It is unknown if she stays there of her own volition or if she is trapped there but she is biding her time. Waiting for a moment when she may return to the Material Plane and take her place as Queen of the Dragon Empire.
