A town founded in 1723 by Sir Reginald Johnson and nestled in the National Radio Quiet zone it is a popular ski resort in the winter. The town is hustling and bustling during the ski season but gets very boring in the summer with only the locals and the occasional tourist passing thru on a rode trip.

A band of teenagers have come to Kepler to stay at Amnesty Lodge for a ski trip. But they will discover danger more terrifying than they could imagine.
