House Starling are the youngest of the noble houses, the founder of the house; Issac Starling being an off-worlder who came to Kastellia with a vast fortune and soon plunged himself into the noble houses complex diplomacy.

Starling has a highly aggressive approach to business, it is the reason that such an upstart house became so powerful so fast. they now only second to house Barlock in how many writs of land they possess; and they gain more every year.

History

Issac Starling first came to Kastellia in 893.m41 and according to the Starling family history came to the rescue of the rapidly falling house Hyperia. Issac married into the family; gaining kastellian noble status and house Hyperia would be rejuvenated by the vast wealth that Issac brought with him. Once the leader of house passed on Issac took the helm and within the year had almost reclaimed all that Hyperia had lost to stay afloat. It at the end of this first year with Issac as the head of the house that the name was changed to Starling. Within the next decade the now house Starling prospered; growing economically and in family as Issac brokered other marriages with the other houses and even elevated those who excelled under him into full family members. every member of house starling knows full well that the reason the noble hosues give them the time of day is only because of the strength Issac and every house head after him had to show. The house is currently lead by Jasper Starling III and he too knows all too well that it is strength that the family needs.
