House Barlock
House Barlock are the oldest and most established of the noble houses, they have assets in all of the hives and currently hold the governorship.
Public Agenda
House Barlock are highly vocal regarding their long tradition of holding the Planetary Governorship for most of Kastellia's history. they have however proven to be competent rulers for the most part so this boasting is not without merit.
Assets
Barlock has assets and holdings in all of the hives, having the majority of the land writs for promethium mining rights too, a benefit of being the oldest family so they say.
As is the same for all the other noble families, House Barlock also maintain their family's high Troposphere manision craft, however as they also hold the Governorship, Governor Kaara Barlock VI resides primarily at the governor's palace in hive Primus; along with her immediate family.
History
It is no idle boast that Barlock is the oldest house, it can be traced back to the landing of Saint Sabbat and one of her followers, Balthazar Barlock; the founder of noble House Barlock.
