(3) Disaster at Munroe Appartments! K.N.N. Reports

Disaster struck yesterday at the Munroe Appartment block here in Hive Secundus as the building suffered heavy damage on its lower floors. Deaths have been reported and many more injuries.
A Munroe appartment resident had this to say;

I heared something like lots of smashing glass rippling up from below me, by the time I had turned round from my meal my apartment already looked like a war zone!

House Quintus, the owners of the block have not released a statement as of yet, however rumours abound that this is yet another attack targeting Quintus once again.
The arbites office released a statement declaring the building suffered unnoticed structural failure; causing strain to damage the lower floors.
Eye witness accounts claim that soon after arbites arrived on the scene, several chemical management vehicles arrived and chemical waste vehicles were making trips throughout the night to manage what arbites called 'a mild chemical spillage'.

Public Saftey Announcement

It is K.N.N.'s duty to inform you; the people, that the office of the Arbites has declared the Munroe Appartments and bordering streets to be off limits to citizens. Hazardous industrial materials have spilled due to the damage to the apartment block and untill cleared, the area will be closed to the public. We at K.N.N. would like to thank the Arbites for their tireless work to make Kastellia a safe place for us all.
