Craftsmen Community

The members get the following benefits:

• connections to patrons / trade partners.

• meetings for members to share tips and trends of their craft.

• setting fair prices for services and goods, so they can ensure nobody is undersold by the merchant class.

• conflict resolution to avoid being caught up in bureaucracy that the craftsmen cannot afford.

• provide legal aid to protect members from being cheated or wrongfully accused of crimes.

• money loans and community aid for members on hard times (fires, robberies, etc).

Structure

• Guild Master: head of the organization

• Head Artisans: master potters, carvers, and other artisan in charge of their respective arts relations. They will also teach classes in their guildhall.

• Accountant

• Head Counselor: oversees legal aid of guild members

To provide support for the arts and mediate business relations.

The Craftsmen Community has many assets for a craftsmen guild:

• 3600 GP in the coffers

• the head guild in Maoling is large guildhall with 2 small warehouses to store raw materials

• they have small guildhalls in Ping
