Lirio Baltigar

Baltigar

Lirio was a very known bard who traveled across all of Hadgaria, composing songs about different topics like battles, important figures, or even entire kingdoms, people often refer to him as the singer of the five Kingdoms because of his most famous work, the hadgarian saga.   Childhood: Lirio was a member of the royal family that ruled the kingdom of Olgor, his father was Normand Baltigar(king of Olgor), and his mother was Serena Baltigar; he also had an older brother whose name was Victor. since Lirio was 5 years old he had an obsession with music, he would always sing along to the musicians his father hired for the castle or along with the birds in the palace garden; also Lirio wanted to travel around the whole continent to explore the 5 human kingdoms and compose his own songs. His father didn't support all of this; he wanted Lirio to become a warrior like his brother Victor. this caused a strain on their relationship victor was clearly the golden child; however, his mother was completely supportive throughout all of this; she would gift instruments to Lirio so he could pursue his dream. His relationship with his brother was great. They were best friends Lirio would often show Victor his compositions, and Victor would listen to him. When Lirio was 17 years old, his father died because of a poisonous snake leaving the Throne to Victor right after his brother Lirio finally decided to start his first journey around the five human kingdoms of Hadgaria.   The first journey of Lirio: Lirio started his first journey at age 17, right after the coronation ceremony of his brother he departed, leaving a letter in which he explained his intentions to travel throughout Hadgaria; his first journey lasted 10 years in which he spent traveling across Hadgaria in his journey he wrote a lot of verses songs and poems but his most famous work was a collection of five songs which he called the Hadgarian saga each one of the five songs represented one of the five human kingdoms he also made a song called the red bane which was about Mercer Baltigar (the founder of the Baltigar family and the kingdom of Olgor) they were a lot more, but this is the most relevant he made during his first trip.   The return of Lirio: Right after his first journey, Lirio came back to his Home in the yellow palace where he reunited with his brother and met his nephew; however, his mother died 2 years before his return. This hurt Lirio deeply, sending him into a deep depression; he wouldn't leave his room for anything, and he would only sing his songs late at night. During this time, he made his most famous song called the Rosy misery. After a year of grief, Lirio decided to start his second and last journey.   The last journey of Lirio: There is very little information about this journey; no one knows exactly what Lirio did during this time; some say he composed thousands of song, others say he just traveled to take his mind of the death of his mother one thing is certain Liro would die in this journey Lirios corpse was found in Sildir more specifically in the dark forest he was attacked by a wild animal probably a wolf. However, some people say that he was killed in his corpse they found only one note that had a song written in it this song was named the savior of the north the song was about Haran Stalgar (the founder of the kingdom of Nordia and the Stalgar Family) the rest of Lirios notes where destroyed to the point they weren't recognizable Lirios body was recovered and sent back to Olgor where he was buried next to his mother.
