Sanctuary City is the Capitol of the Sanctuary Lands. It is considered a safe refuge for augments from all over Amrisa. It is also home to the Academy, which trains Augments for four main careers. 1) IFERA's Librarians protect the knowledge of the past and support IFERA's directives, 2) The Defense Corps protect and defend Sanctuary City, 3) The Explorers Corps conduct salvage and recovery expeditions into the Wilds, and 4) the Engineering Corps recycle salvaged technology, or research and develop new technologies that support the previous three operations. Many others, including farmers, merchants, and craftsman, live in Sanctuary as well, supporting the Academy and the work done there.
