18 Thichair
Name: Thichair (Owner: @Coolkuy)
Descendant of: Hairgi
Description: A simple multicellular clumping algae with thicker, taller strand then its ancestors. However, to keep it so the strands don't fall over from the currents, Thichair has found a new solution. That solution is to invent a support structure. Inside of the strands are a stiff, bone-like structure composed via a new type of tissue. This lets the strands grow even bigger, as they don't have to worry about falling down.
Reproduction: It reproduces by growth and fragmentation (clones) but will also often produce asexual spores released via the strands.
