Wood elf

Wood elves are a typically forest dwelling sub-race of elves with a great affinity for nature. They are keen hunters and trackers with an innate magical connection, many of them commanding impressive druidic powers. Wood elves are believed to have descended from the common elf ancestor race, along with the high elves and dark elves. They are native to Jaerun, and are believed to have been brought their by Esriel, from the Feywild in which they originated.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Wood elves typically have brown, copper or red hair, and normally a tan skin tone. They stand at around 5'5" – 6'1", making them only marginally shorter than high elves, but comparatively quite a bit taller than dark elves.
