Most High First Seat of Kakoht

The First Seat is the is the largest building in Seba.
It is a broad structure composed of wide, rectangular shapes of dark red stone, with many straight edges and completely flat ceilings.
The sun bathes the dark red stone, and the wind flutters the two banners hanging down the wall of the centre building, donning the symbol of Kakoht (a circle with three descending lines).
