Silent Step is an Etsuman tabaxi and is the leader of the Tiles, one of the largest criminal organisations in Sammasuri.
An old tabaxi with greying fur, he has an eyepatch over one eye. He speaks slowly and seems calm, but he takes no quarter and is quick to punish failure.
He wishes to one day completely control trade in Sammasuri, and intends to do so through trading illicit substances and weapons, as well as racketeering.
