Elven

Elven is a language spoken by all elves that is believed to be innate. That is, even without education, Elves develop at least a minor comprehension and aptitude for the language, regardless of where they are born and raised. As such, the elves across Jotil, wether from Besol or Jaerun, all speak Elven, albeit with slightly varying accents and lexicons.
A Tebtai elf and a Elturgardian elf will certainly be able to understand each other, but it may take some time getting used to the words and phrases unique to the other.
