Common

Common is (unsurprisingly) the most common language in Jotil. Believed to have been influenced by a vast number of languages, it is now the lingua franca of numerous nations and ethnicities, such as the Kingdom of Arnak.
Miraculously, records suggest that the Common tongue evolved in both Besol and Jaerun simultaneously, with almost little to no contact between the two areas. It is thanks to this that some believe the Common was a gift from the gods, imparted within the citizens of earth.
