Lokdov

The Sky Lord

Lokdov is lord of the skies and storms. Legends say that when Fespaan and Ogrus wage war, the Sky Lord appears to halt the conflict and arbitrate – such an occurrence led to the creation of the island turtles. Generally considered fair, his wrath is legendary, working with Fespaan to cause droughts or Ogrus to form hurricanes.
The Sky Lord is almost as commonly worshipped as Koore, and his name is invoked when good weather is needed. His priests adorn themselves with azure scales and staffs with lightning patterns etched into them.

Tenets of Faith

Lokdov’s priests maintain that the Sky Lord should hold dominion over the pantheon, for he created Koore as his servant to convey the sun across the sky. They believe that the world favoring worship of the Sun Mother could incur his wrath.
