Bhcu Cuhcil Agriculture Aggregation

The Bhcu Cuhcil Agriculture Aggregation is a split off from the Bhcu Cuhcil Harmony in Design Coordination, with farms and farmers in mind. Most plants used in creating nearly all the medicine on Vondren are grown in Beniadis, the area the Aggregation resides over.
They take their work very seriously and can get rather aggressive when dealing with those who don't comply to their rules.
The main goal of the Aggregation is to make sure that the way farms are run does not adversely effect the rings below them or the jungle around them. Their secondary goals are financially protecting farmers, protecting crops/farms from bandits and colossi, and visual appeal.
