Izall Cerulle

Izall Cerulle is a utopian world with 37 countries, the most prominent being Esaia, the only country with an equal amount of Izallians and Cerullians (the religion-races). It is mainly populated by Teosessa, an evolved race from Earth. This world is governed by the Utopian Global Supervision Confederacy (UGSC). When war breaks out, the reigning government becomes the League of Mutual Defense (LoMD). Currently, the majority of countries are allied against the Ivory Federation, an organization that is trying to make Izall Cerulle theirs. There are many species on Izall Cerulle, but only Izallians, Cerullians, and Teosessans are classified as intelligent.
