The world of Ivorant is a world where technology and magic are tied to being the world's leading power. Magic has been making slow progress as technology makes leaps and bounds. Magic is believed to soon be unable to compete with technology. However, as technology is being melded with life, magic is often required to fix the horrid failures that often follow from such attempts. Ukesh, the world leading power, is mass producing magic items as well as arcane firearms. Unknown for certain, but believed by many; Ukesh is working on creating a perfect melding of life and technology in order to create a new race that is unable to attune to magic. The capital of Ukesh is Gaffstein. Pra Dra, the second largest country, controlled entirely by Orcs. While not technologically advanced, their attunement to magic is greater than others, challenging even Ukesh. Others live in Pra Dra, but it was founded and is still ruled by Orcs. The capital of Pra Dra is Umbermine.
