Wihelm IV Weinberg is the current Emperor of the Efinian Empire and head of the Imperial House of Weinberg. He is often called "Volkskaiser", or People's Emperor, because of his commitment to improving the situation of the common people of Efinia. His reforms included things like working conditions regulations and worker housing construction projects.

Virtues & Personality perks

Wilhelm is a compassionate person who always puts others first. As a child he took his responsiblity as the oldest sibling very seriously and took care of Lucas and Ingrid. After ascending to the throne he extended this behaviour to his subjects.

Vices & Personality flaws

Some people say that Wilhelm is too idealistic and wants to change the world too fast. Most people who say things like that are nobles and industrialists afraid of losing their sources of income and/or way of life.

What can be said to be Wilhelm's true flaw is his shyness. He doesn't like spending a lot of time with people he doesn't know and despises big parties. This is why Ingrid, his sister and court mage, became the unofficial head of efinian diplomacy. When Wilhelm doesn't feel like going to an even, he sends Ingrid. He is the emperor after all, he can do whatever he wants.
