Primeval God or Goddess of Seasons, Magic, and the Fey

Of all the Primeval Gods, there are none that are as unpredictable as Tatiana, the Maker of Magic. Equal parts a loving, parental figure and a terrifying force of nature, Tatiana is both beautiful and overwhelming in the sheer power that they represent. As the being from which the Forming Light of Magic spawns, Tatiana is naturally both incredibly important and terrifyingly powerful, having total dominion over all magic and how it flows through the planes. Thus, any being that draws power from Magic is in fact drawing from Tatiana themselves. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of their nature is that they are not a good nor an evil being as most would view them; instead they are a being of absolute freedom and chaos, wishing only that magic be used for the sake of using magic, not necessarily for any grand purpose or great design.
To the Elves, Tatiana is a complicated figure. Being their creator and the founder of the Feywild, many venerate them as a guardian and a watchful protector, but some - especially the dwindling High Elves - regard them with resentment and outright disdain, believing that their inaction has lead the Elves to fall from the grace that they once held as the Eldar, and into the broken state that they are in now. For their part, Tatiana has remained characteristically aloof; some say that she wanders the fields of Elysium or the glades of the Feywild, taking on form after form to watch the world on their own terms.

Less of a set holiday and more of a seasonal phenomenon. On the first Tatiasday of every season, the energy of the Forming Light surges throughout the world, resulting in magic having a chance to either be stronger than it otherwise would be, or to go wild.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Tatiana is depicted as an elf, though what gender they are depicted as varies from person to person. While most common depictions show them as feminine, male depictions of Tatiana are far from rare. Their most common depiction - and the one primarily used by human-centric faiths - shows them as a feminine, vaguely Elvish figure dressed in beautiful golds, whites, and oranges, with hair formed of light itself and a pair of beautiful dragonfly-like wings at her back that shimmer like stained glass.
Among Elven sects, Tatiana is worshipped far more as the God of seasons. Thus, they have a face for each of the seasons, growing older as the seasons pass:

• In Spring, they are depicted as a masculine, childlike Elf with sprawling moth wings that are far bigger than their own body.
• In Summer, they are depicted as a young woman, an Elven warrior with two swords carved from rays of the sun. Their wings are closer to jets of white-hot flame that spread from their back.
• In Autumn, they are depicted as a more sombre, middle-aged masculine Elf dressed in a mantle of autumn leaves and with a sickle in his hand.
• In Winter, they are depicted as a stern, elderly Elf woman with short white hair and skin made from ice and snow. Their wings have faded away, replaced with long, thin needle-like limbs. At the end of winter, the cold shell is said to shatter, revealing the child of spring within, and the cycle begins again.

Intellectual Characteristics

Tatiana is as whimsical and mercurial as many of the Fey who have been born from them. While the rest of their siblings spent the early days of Itaxia shaping and guarding the world, Tatiana ventured into her own personal plane - what would later become the Feywild - and birthed the first of the Fey and the Eldar from pieces of herself. Tatiana is often regarded as being a selfish and self-centred being, and it would be difficult to disagree. Tatiana also has a reputation for their inattentiveness, being seemingly incapable of focusing on anything, and shifting their focus from one thing to another with little issue.
However, behind the veneer of seeming laziness and self-centredness, Tatiana is little more than terrifying. They are well aware of the sheer amount of power that they wield and that they control magic itself, and they have exploited that to wreak havoc on the world in the past. The creation of the Divine Gate after the War of the Gods has resulted in Tatiana sealing themselves within the Feywild, looking for something else to focus on instead.

Worshippers of Neresa

Followers of the Heart of Light are varied, but most can be split into two broad groups: arcanists who venerate them, and Elves who venerate them.
Among arcanists, they are regarded as being the source of magic itself, of the ability to manipulate the world that so many mages take for granted. While outright worship of her among arcanists is incredibly uncommon, those that do wish to immerse themselves in the raw power of magic itself, wishing to drink in the sheer power and variation that magic represents.
Elves, on the other hand, worship them very differently. They focus far more on their nature as the God of the Seasons, referring to her four aspects that relate to each of the respective seasons. They see the most widespread worship among Wood Elves, who regard them as a somewhat tricksy guardian and parental figure. By contrast, many High Elves loathe Tatiana; they see her actions and inactions as the reason for why the High Elves are a dwindling race, and why the Eldar fell into ruin and obscurity.

Clergy

Priests of Tatiana are actually rather rare, as they do not have much in the way of a centralised faith. Those that do call themselves worshippers of Tatiana dress in white and orange robes if human, and either green, orange, brown, or blue robes if Elvish. Many of their most devout have the ability to draw on what is traditionally seen as Arcane Magic despite being Divine casters.
