Queen of the Pirates, Queen of the Entwinning Sea Keras Valvich Valvich

A figure that has just as much myth around her as there is fact. A scourge to the seven nations of the Entwining Sea she sails with her fleet of 50 ships terrorizing the trade routes since she rose to power. Little is known about her before she became a pirate and there are many rumors about how she did. A popular tale is that she was a scorned sorceress who used her feminine charms and spells to seduce men to join her crew. Another one tells about how she made a deal with a devil for the power to rule the seas, and now can only be killed by a cleric. 
The tales go on and on in such manner all across the port cities with each telling becoming more elaborate than the last. It is known that she sends her fleet across the entire sea but no one knows where they sail from. She gives fair warning to everyone and let them surrender, if a crew does not they usually only let a few live to serve as an example for defying her. Her ship the Reckoning is told by all accounts is said to be able to close the gap from when it is first seen on the horizon to the ship they plan to plunder. 
Their have been many that have tried to hunt her down, with the only one coming close has been Certas Ordenhal of the Federation States of Babados. She slipped away time and time again but each incident was perlious for both of them. However, each time Keras Sissay has gotten away, after such tales it is little wonder why her nickname is Queen of the Pirates.
