Receptionists for Magical Masters

Receptionists for Magical Masters are the direct aid to one of the 9 Magical Master. Every Magical Master has an office within the Mages Tower, and their receptionist is in charge of all the day to day operations that go on through he office. While in some professions 'receptionist' oftentimes is just a greeter and one who directs clients, receptionists for magical masters are more akin to a combination of office managers, executive secretaries, and political aides. Receptionists provide the Magical Masters with a great deal of clerical aids, such as scheduling, organization and filing, establishing initial contact with other Magical Masters, letter writing, preparing statements, and helping them communicate effectively with the rest of the Mages Tower. The need for receptionists was identified fairly quickly once The Mages society and government became more bureaucratic, and their organization, skills, and attention to detail is what keeps the Magical Masters from becoming overwhelmed in that system of paperwork and letters.

Qualifications

Receptionists for Magical Masters generally must be highly qualified, coordinated, and organized individuals; however the selection is down to the Magical Master's choosing. Arguably the most important qualification is all receptionists must be spellcasters, at least able to preform some low level spells; much of the Mages Tower is designed to only be navigated by spellcasters. Receptionists need to be able to effectively communicate in Infernal, as this is the 'language of the Mages', as well as Common  and Elvish. Illusory Script and Find Familiar are very important as they are oftentimes used in communications and transport of communications throughout the Mages Tower.
