The Clock of Seasons

In Islemaria a lot is centered around the seasons. The clock in the town square is no exception. It does much of what a normal clock does; it dawns the hour and keeps track of the most fleeting measurement in one's mortal life. But the unique thing that this clock does is that it changes with the season. Not just keeping track of the season but it also shifts its appearance and its chime to match that of the appropriate season. Along with that, it can serve as a prediction of what the season will bring to the denizens and the Sylvanites alike.   There are also tales that the clock has supernatural energies that are powered by the land and its people along with its conservation status. Some people also claim that it can talk to certain individuals if they are deemed worthy.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

It is operated by metal cogs and other various metal and wood machinery. But it also uses a healthy dose of magic from outside forces like The Jade Fly's Energies
