Isle of Worlds

The Isle of Worlds exists in a world almost entirely covered by water. While there are several small land masses, most of the world's residents have taken to living underwater. To travel to these submarine cities, the Isle of Worlds serves as a hub with transports to each one. More affluent cities can afford teleport pods, while the smaller, less privileged towns make use of the massive laberynth of underwater tunnels.
