Lepida

Lepida is ruled by an ancient tortoise called Queen Akupara. Queen Akupara offers some protections to the invertebrates in her land and has recently begun offering more, bringing them nearly to the level of second class citizenry. Though predators are not excluded from her realm, she warns heavily against hunting as most of her citizens are well adapted to protect themselves from all manner of threats. Cats in her kingdom are rare and centralized mostly around the rare oasis and scattered near the boarder of Uatulit.

Geography

Almost exclusively desert, Lepida has a few scattered oasis and does have a large lake giving it two boarders shared with Uatulit. The ground is too poor a quality to grow much and so even the presence of the lake and ocean leave little in the way of coverage.
