Dog

Personality:

Dogs are friendly and loyal to their chosen group,but are cautious of strangers and aggressive towards those they consider trespassers. Dogs roam widely, typically in groups of three to five but have relatively small territories that they defend with deadly persistence. Due to their easy-going nature, their groups do not always have to be of the same breeds, or even species so long as the other species is equally social.

 

Physical Description:

Dogs come in a range of body confirmations, but for the most part they rarely get larger than three feet, with few exceptions. They also tend to cap out at around 150 pounds on the heavier side. Dogs come in a wide variety of fur colors, though due to Tracheor's warm-temperate climate, most dogs have medium or short hair with a few far roaming families having developed long hair and only returning in the winter to pup.

 

Relations:

Dogs, like any of their kin, will only raise pups in Luaria, and typically do not venture outside of their safe region until fully adult. Those traveling outside Luaria are typically families in the beginning, although it is not uncommon for younger members to break off and go explore the lands with families of another species.

 

Alignment:

Dogs are generally good natured, and those who live in packs are use to structure and order needed to survive outside the safety of the dens. Lawful good and Lawful neutral are the most common alignments for dogs.

 

Language:

Automatic lanaguages are Canine and feline.

Bonus languages are: Vulpine and Ursine

Adventurers:

Dogs are natural adventurers. They love to seek out new places and discover new things. It is not uncommon for a dog to be pulled easily into any benevolent quest put before them. Dogs do good because “You don't need a reason to help people”.
