Earth Dragon

About

Earth dragons are one of the most common of the eight main dragon species in Isidoro, known for having expansive territories aboveground and underground. They are a hardy species, and most moderate temperatures and environments are suitable for their living spaces.

Their ideal territories are around canyons, but most will live wherever they are able to burrow. However, they will stay clear of swamps and overly humid regions.

Shapeshifting

All dragons are capable of shapeshifting to hide among beings. They are still formidable, earth dragons especially so given their bulkiness in their original form. While earth dragons can easily hide their draconic features, most pride themselves on their horns and head crest, and if hiding the wings and tail for accessibility they will at the very least show off these traits.   It isn't uncommon for earth dragons' forms to be bulky, towering and imposing and occasionally their posture is a little hunched over due to their stature in their dragon form.
