Winterburg

Aided by the Evergreen Spirit and Mother of the Restless Packs, the peoples of Winterburg were able to put up a fight stiff enough to convince the Generals of the Red Tide they were not worth the trouble. Though a great many of the dwarfs and men died in the defense, the town was spared the complete destruction most towns east of the mountains experienced.
