Summer Camp entry: "Grey Queen"

Qualifications

To become the Queen it is impossible, as the Queen lives forever long after her body deteriorated and is immortal, a curse she accepted personally to lead her country to prosper future forever.

Duties

The Queen sacrifices her body and soul for the good of the Empire and its people, her power is absolute, it is her duty to make the most important decisions, she has full control over her army and deems who is right and who is wrong whitin her walls.

Responsibilities

The Queen is responsible for the safekeeping the lives of everyone who finds refuge in her cities and in her walls, as such, its her duty to maintain the order and balance of the world, too prevent the Great Fire at any cost necessary, to protect the innocent from injustice and vanquish the impure whitout remorse.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

In the rare case of a situation in which the Queen is either killed indefinitely, lost in battle, or sleeping, the command goes to which ever person she choose as her momentary successor. The successor is to stay in quarantine and under strict security until then, to prevent any assassination while they take care of any business the queen has left them, if deemed necessary, the Queen will revoke the power conferred to the person in question as she pleases after her eventual return. If an embodiment of the Queen is present, this procedure is not necessary, note that the Queen's Vassals share her memories and fragment of their soul, thus share the same authority the Queen herself possessed. In the complete eventuality in which neither the Queen or her Vassals are present, whit no substitute elected, the public must not absolutely know the absence of a Queen, all government officials are to do their best to preserve the peace in the city whit any means necessary outside of violence.
