A world removed from timelines where magic is prolific and technology burgeoning. Sculpted by powers at play and then left in the hands of their creations when they proved far more capable than expected.   The Arcane and Divine practices may shape and alter the natural laws of the realm to suit ones needs. In some parts of the world their ability to work with the beginning of complex systems starts to allow for adaptation and sheer triumph over natures hurdles.   Large populations segregate not by race or skin but by ideology and the powers they wield. This has brought wars and conflict throughout many periods. However a tenuous peace reigns as each has come to accept one another for better and for worse.   Now conflict starts to rise on more personal fronts. Though short lived it is always a worry that they may threaten the over-arching peace.
