Infinitum

A world fill of fantasy but corrupted by darkness and shadow. The demon lord and his armies plagued the world until the mysterious hero and her/his party slayed him. Ruminants and dark arts practiced by the Demon lord are being adopted by the cult groups so that they too can be powerful. It seems that the Demon lord's downfall was just the beginning of the darkness, the shadow of death still approaches.   During the war of the Demon Lord, half the world fell to corruption and destruction. Cities were ruined, forests were corrupted, animals mutated. The other half the world is controlled by the human faction. They have rebuilt their empires and are flourishing. The content Drakana houses the worlds 3 main cities, ruled over by the Angelic Court. The rest of the content is regrowing at a rapid pace beside the outskirts which is still being infringed by the corruption.   Adventuring has now become safer for new and novice adventures. Killing monsters lurking from the wars of the demon lord make for great job opportunity. Local guild halls provide quests for adventuring parties to do in exchange for riches.
