Cambion

Creatures of two worlds

You've let a devil in your home, but what will come of it?

Basic Information

Anatomy

Anatomy follows that of a human, with traces and traits of the demon parent. This can lead to mostly human appearances, and often cancels out the human's mutations and imposes the demon parent's powers on the child

Biological Traits

Depends on individuals involved

Genetics and Reproduction

If the human is giving birth it follows the same process as a human baby, but if it's the demon giving birth it follows the same process as the subspecies

Growth Rate & Stages

Half demons often grow quickly at first, more than the average human. Around age 16 their growth slows, as they are nearly fully grown

Additional Information

Social Structure

Cambions are looked down upon and feared, as they are a minority once heavily discriminated against and often killed. At the moment there aren't enough around for them to have a real social structure, as most are raised in the human world until their human parent dies, after which they are given the opportunity to move into Heirgo with their demon parent

Domestication

Domestication was attempted in the early years of the universe, but it is impossible due to their nature

Uses, Products & Exploitation

Cambions are commonly hunted for their hearts, as well as their blood. Their extherea is also highly valued, as each one is unique and strangely shaped compared to the extherea of a human or the soulstone of a demon

Facial characteristics

Mostly human, with hints of the demon parent's traits

Geographic Origin and Distribution

All are from Noro, and very few ever get to live in Heirgo

Average Intelligence

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Enhanced speed and strength, occasionally at the cost of hearing and sight. Soul resonance allows them to "sense" others at different levels of aptitude, and if the human is one of the 19% they are able to read auras in some sense

Symbiotic and Parasitic organisms

Cambions are strangely incompatible with most symbiotic/parasitic species, rendering them immune to those types of creatures

Generally the same as that of humans/demons
