A mysterious robot librarian from the future named Willie Traxheed whispers to the new president of a way to rule the whole galaxy. Begins the Cyber Inquisition.
Willie Traxheed the time travelling robot librarian turned the Hawker President into a cyborg. Then begins the cyber Inquisition, where he forces his own people to be turned into cyborgs to rule as an army over the "lower classes."
