The Alverton City Watch takes their job extremely seriously.  They are proud of their job and are helpful to the citizens and visitors of Alverton.  Their uniforms are always pressed and boots shined.  Being a part of the Watch is a highly sought after job for the men of the town who aren't interested in piracy or a family profession.

The Alverton City Watch's motto is To Protect, To Defend, To Shield.  They take that very seriously within the bounds of the walls of Alverton and in the suburbs of Stately Spoilers.
To Protect: The Watch will protect their citizens to the best of their ability, patrolling the streets of Alverton day and night.
To Defend: If one of the citizens is in danger, The Watch will defend them. The Watch is a highly trained body of warriors. Each year they spend more time training and upgrading their skills.
To Shield:  The Watch is always the first line of defense when a citizen is in trouble and needs help, no matter the cause.
