Estise Au Son

Noble of the Calor House (a.k.a. Estie)

Estise Au Son was a highly born fae of The Calor House, and as she grew she turned heads as the fae who spear headed a rebellion against their King, and the proprietor of the ongoing alliance between The Calor and members of both the Seelie and Unseelie courts.

Personal history

A summer aligned fae by birth, she was born into the noble stock of the Calor. During the time of her birth and her early childhood, the Calor were not on good terms with neither the Seelie or Unseelie. There was bad blood between the three courts from the Calor houses current ruler, a volatile forest fae who had a personal vendetta against both rulers of the Major Courts.
Her noble upbringing - even amongst the free and celebratory Calor - resulted in her having little in the way of true friends, as she was introduced to the game and culture of higher court society at a young age. This was ultimately a benefit to her at later stages, as she knew how to play the courts inside and out by the time she was old enough to do anything about it.
When she was of age, the tension between the three courts had grown exponentially, and she found herself in a position of power after several good decisions she put forth in how to deal with members of the other courts. As she found herself in this position, she started banding together those who didn't agree with the tensions - which were many, as the Calor are not traditionally war-faring fae.
Among these fae, she found the now current ruler of the Calor, Emyr Sel Jou. The fae agreed they would make a good ruler for the Calor, and Estise led an upheaval of the Calor to request that the existing ruler would willingly step down from his position, or be subject to rebellion.
Eventually, under the tide of court fae refusing to follow their king, he gave up his crown to Emyr. Estise was honoured as a vital part of the effort, and is considered the single major driving force behind the Seelie and Unseelie agreeing to peace after the upheaval amongst the Calor.
