hemflos

A native plant of the planet Deceanglia that was once found in groves within peat swamps with an acidity of between 4.8 and 6.0. The flowers are toxic if ingested or put into contact with mucous membranes, and when the extract is concentrated it's used by the Sicarii as sicara poison, an extremely potent hemorrhagic poison that is almost always fatal to its victim.

Conservation Status

Hemflos was specifically targeted for destruction by one of Caesar's Praetors in the Sixth Age, Procula Hosidia Galatia after she identified it as the source of sicara poison used by the Sicarii for assassination.
