Arrow shock is a drug provides one of the most excited conditions you can feel.
This is an injection drug and you can get it into your body only one way - stab it right in your heart! Yes, you heard well. In your heart! The drug fastly gets into the blood stream and thus it's conditions are immediate.
The last drop in a syringe heals injection site and all the damage (if there wasn't the last healing drop - it would have a catastrophic consequences and may lead to the death of user).
The drug has been appeared only in main city Wolfgaard and is illegal. Even if city guards are doing the best to stop dustribution, they're loosing the fight and this drug is more and more common on the streets.

Cultural Reception
People are no scared when they see somebody with the symptoms. Except when they can see somebody stubbing needle into his heart - that's pretty scary and who don't know this may think it's some kind of suicide.
