Som-Bu
The Som-Bu have seen the wrath of their gods at an unprecedented scale. The once fertile lands and great cities are all reduced to ruins and dust. The Som-bu now lead simple lives and pious devotion to their gods in fear of their wrath once more.
The Som-Bu cluster around a couple of working pillars of lief that their once vast empire created to sustain the populace, as these pillars are capable of producing any goods a village might need but in limited amounts.
As the pillar began t fade as well the Som-bu and the culture started to fade as well, only a small number of Som-bu remain at the empire of millions is a thing of the past.
The Som-Bu has a long and strong oral history, although scriptures exist and are still made, a great deal of their history is passed on from generation to generation by oral telling of the elders of a village.
Their gem-like protrusion on the chest changes color with their emotions and is something very private to many of the Som-Bu. Opening your chest to someone is often done in a private setting and sign of trust and open-heartiness.
