Ilmanius

Ilmanius is a world That was once a peaceful world full of magic, science and hope, but after the Olc Agus Droch which destroyed most of the world, a lot of the magic in the world was destroyed and almost all of the hope went with it. The world went from a lush and varied world full of every kind of ecosystem imaginable to just seven massive territories. An overgrown lush Jungle, A scorching Desert, A Deep and terrifying Ocean, The uninhabitable Ruins of every city mashed together and filled with monsters, A Mountain range filled with tunnels and caves, An almost empty Plain with small forests and lakes, and an arctic Tundra.   That war ended over 600 years ago and now six of the seven territories are inhabited with people of many races, that while different in many ways, have one rule that is constant between all of them, and that is "Magic is policed to keep people safe, those found using it with out permission will be fined for first time use, then arrested if found using it again." The only ones who are allowed to use magic without condition are those who are explorers of the ruined territory, emissaries of other territories, healers and high ranking members of law enforcement, and of course Mr.S   The territories don't know much about each other so they send Emissaries fairly often to learn about each other. there are a few constants between each territory, they each have a main capital, between four and ten smaller cities and dozens of towns. Each Territory has three large spires that have always been there and no one knows what they do, one pointing to the heavens, one pointing to the center of the world and one that floats and points in both directions.   As of recently odd creatures have been leaving the Ruins and raiding the other Territories, they're much stronger then the normal monsters that inhabit the Ruins and seem to be twisted versions of the monsters, as well as stitched together corpses and hybrids of other creatures.
