The King of Aminara and the King of StormHaven finally sign a peace treaty, The Riverlands are firmly apart of StormHaven.
With the former king of Aminara dead from the civil war, and a new family on the throne, Aminara's interest in the Riverlands was nonexistent compared to its desire to rebuild. So the Treaty of the Crystal River was created.
