By sending his army to invade the world that the nine Great Divines created, Vordakai was declaring war on all of them.   Vordakai's armies included Drow, shades, the raised husks of those slain fighting his armies, and much more.   Vordakai's intentions were simple, to wipe the lands of the world clear.
